Talent Boards identify and ensure appropriate development opportunities are agreed and implemented to meet succession, motivation and retention needs. Promoting continuous learning and development enhances workplace engagement ensuring development requirements for succession are met resulting in effective leadership and transformation.
The focus of AECI’s learning and development is designing training programmes that ensure the timely availability of the Group’s required human resources competencies. Building skills and behaviours that promote a culture of continual learning, leadership and diversity remains an imperative for achieving the Group’s strategic goals and objectives, including our employment equity targets.
